Innovating the education methods of Ho Chi Minh's ideology for civil servants and public employees to meet new requirements and tasks

Abstract

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is identified by the Communist Party of Vietnam as an important solution for the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system, and more broadly, building Vietnamese people. Based on the assessment of the current status of Ho Chi Minh's ideology education for civil servants and public employees, the article proposes a number of solutions to realize the policy of innovating the method of educating Ho Chi Minh's ideology, thereby contributing to improving the quality of human resources of the national administration.
