Abstract

The viewpoint that “people are the root” is one of the great lessons of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the process of leading the revolution. Revolutionary practice has proven that all the Party’s guidelines and strategic decisions, the State’s policies and laws, if they want to come into life and achieve victory in practice, must respect the people, consider the people as the center and the subject of the renovation process. In the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country, building socialism and defending the Fatherland, it is necessary to have solutions to implement the motto “People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise and people benefit” in order to further promote the strength of the people.
