Abstract

Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought have always been the guiding principles in the process of national innovation and development. The Party not only adheres to the fundamental principles of Marxism-Leninism but also applies and develops them creatively to suit the practical conditions of Vietnam in each historical period.
