The value of Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic ideology in the planning of the Party's foreign policy

Abstract

Diplomatic thought is a unique feature in Ho Chi Minh's ideology, realized in his moral example and humane diplomatic style. With the viewpoint: Vietnam is always ready to build cooperative relations with any country... and the principle of "the unchanging, adapting to all changes", his thought has illuminated the diplomatic path of our Party and State in the context of globalization, contributing to enhancing Vietnam's position and prestige in the international arena. The article summarizes the basic arguments in Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic thought and its value in formulating the foreign policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam in some prominent aspects of goals, mottos, principles, policies...
