Vladimir Lenin’s thought on intellectuals and its application by the Communist Party of Vietnam in building and developing the country’s intellectual workforce today

Abstract

Drawing from the practical experience of revolutionary activities and the construction of socialism in Soviet Russia, V.I. Lenin affirmed the extremely important role of the intellectual class in the construction and development of the country. This article presents Lenin's thought on the characteristics, position, role, and principles of utilizing intellectuals, and how our Party applies this to building and training a team of intellectuals to meet the requirements of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
