Building and developing culture in the Southwest region to meet the requirements of sustainable development

Abstract

Building and developing an advanced culture rich in national identity plays a key role in the country's sustainable development strategy, as culture is both an endogenous resource and the spiritual foundation of social life. This article analyzes the achievements in building and developing the culture of the Southwestern region of Vietnam, points out limitations in mechanisms, resources, and human resources, and on that basis proposes solutions for building and developing the culture of the Southwestern region in the future.
