Abstract
This article analyzes five roles of the State in promoting green transformation in Vietnam: The State concretizes the Party's guidelines and policies into specific policies, laws, programs, and plans for green transformation; organizes forces and mobilizes resources to implement green transformation; monitors the implementation of green transformation; summarizes the implementation of green transformation and promptly adjusts policies, laws, programs, and plans accordingly; and decides on international cooperation for green transformation in Vietnam.
