Abstract

Based on clarifying the concepts of digital transformation and socialist digital 
rights, this article analyzes and evaluates the foundations and emerging issues in 
implementing socialist digital rights in social life. It thereby proposes several solutions for 
effectively realizing socialist digital rights in practice.
