Developing new productive forces in Vietnam in the new era in line with the spirit of the 14th Party Congress

Abstract

Based on clarifying the necessity of developing new productive forces to meet the requirements of the new era, this article identifies the core content of developing new productive forces in the spirit of the 14th National Congress of the Party, emphasizing the need to build on synchronized institutional reform, human resource development, science, technology, and innovation. At the same time, the development of new productive forces must be associated with the growth of different economic sectors, the digital economy, green economy, and circular economy, while ensuring social progress, equity, and national defense and security.
