Abstract

This article focuses on identifying the impact of various human resource management factors on employee performance at Binh Thuan Forestry One Member Limited Company. Based on a survey of 210 respondents and employing exploratory factor analysis (EFA), the findings reveal six human resource management components that positively influence employee performance, ranked in order of impact from highest to lowest as follows: (1) Promotion Policy (TT), (2) Performance Evaluation (DG), (3) Work Environment (MT), (4) Recruitment (TD), (5) Compensation (TC), and (6) Training (DT). The findings provide practical implications for the company to develop effective human resource management strategies aimed at enhancing employee performance.
