SOME SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF STUDENT MANAGEMENT STAFF AT THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION CENTER, TAY BAC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

In recent years, the training and professional development of staff, particularly the student management staff at the National Defense and Security Education Center, Tay Bac University, has received considerable attention and achieved significant results. These efforts have made substantial contributions to the country's development in general and to the educational and training mission of Tay Bac University in particular. However, given the evolving educational and training demands of the university and the practical challenges of student management at the center, there is a continued need to enhance the quality of the student management staff to improve operational effectiveness. This paper focuses on analyzing the current situation and proposing several solutions to improve the quality of the student management staff at the National Defense and Security Education Center, Tay Bac University, considering this as a key area in the fundamental and comprehensive renewal of education and training.
