SOME DIFFICULTY FACES FACED BY MATH PEDAGOGICAL STUDENTS WHEN BUILDING AND REALLY PLAN TEACHING BY MAJORLY DEVELOPING STUDENT'S EFFICIENCY
Abstract
Designing and implementing lesson plans based on a competency-based approach is one of the key components of teacher training programs. This article focuses on two core issues: illustrating lesson plans that follow this approach and identifying the difficulties faced by teacher trainees. Based on a study of 65 math students from the first to fourth year at Tay Bac University, this article provides a foundation for developing measures to improve the ability of teacher trainees to develop and implement lesson plans that focus on developing student competencies. The findings from this study can be used to develop training programs for teacher trainees to enhance their ability to design and implement competency-based lesson plans.Downloads
