BUILDING SELF-LEARNING SKILLS, SELF-RESEARCH, CREATIVE THINKING DEVELOPMENT FOR STUDENTS AT NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION CENTER – TAY BAC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Self-learning and self-researching are one of the inherent attributes of human beings, they are the path of intellectual development and creative thinking of each student. Simultaneously, this is the main motivation of the education-training process. Currently, all fields in society increasingly require highly qualified human resources. The transmission of knowledge by teachers in schools cannot create a human resource with sufficient knowledge to meet the requirements of society. It requires each student to make efforts to self-study and research to supplement their own rich source of knowledge. Therefore, building these skills and developing creative thinking for students is one of the important tasks today. Only self-study, self-research and knowledge seeking through many different measures and methods can support students to make up for and supplement many missing knowledge to perfect and improve their qualifications.
