INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM IN VINH CITY, NGHE AN PROVINCE: CURRENT SITUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Abstract

Abstract: Using an in-depth interview method, this study analyzes the current status of the innovation ecosystem in Vinh city, Nghe An province, based on four main components including (1) Financial resources; (2) Material resources; (3) Human resources; and (4) Self-renewal and creative capacity. The research results indicate that, despite various supportive policies, the factors contributing to the formation of Vinh city's innovation ecosystem lack tight integration. Based on the limitations identified in the research results, the author proposes several recommendations to promote the formation of an innovation ecosystem in Vinh City.
