Nghiên cứu đóng góp cho lý thuyết hành vi xanh và cung cấp hàm ý quản trị cho quá trình chuyển đổi xanh trong ngành logistics Việt Nam.AbstractIn the context of Vietnam’s logistics industry facing increasing pressure for green transformation and compliance with Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) standards, fostering frontline employees’ green behavior has become a critical driver of sustainable development. This study investigates the impact of green transformational leadership on employees’ green service behavior, with green work meaningfulness as a mediating mechanism. The research addresses a gap in the literature regarding the cognitive-motivational pathway linking leadership to green behavior in service settings. Based on survey data from 452 logistics employees, structural equation modeling (SEM) results reveal that green transformational leadership positively and significantly influences green work meaningfulness, which in turn enhances green service behavior. The study advances theoretical understanding of green employee behavior and offers managerial implications for promoting sustainable transformation in Vietnam’s logistics sector. Keywords: Green Transformational Leadership, Green Work Meaningfulness, Green Employee Service Behavior, Sustainable Logistics, Environmental Psychology, Vietnam.
