AbstractIn the context of increasing pressure for green transformation and extended corporate responsibility (EPR), this study aims to test a theoretical model of factors promoting reverse logistics in FDI enterprises in Hai Phong industrial zones. Data were collected from 446 managers through an online questionnaire, using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using SEM model. The results indicate that pressures from parent corporations, international customers, technology, industrial zones and legal frameworks all have positive impacts on the level of reverse logistics implementation. The study contributes to the expansion of institutional and stakeholder theories, and provides practical implications for sustainable supply chain management. Keywords: Reverse Logistics, Regulatory Pressure, International Customer Pressure, Parent Company Pressure, Technological Pressure.
