ENSURING FEMALE WORKERS’ EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS AT ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAM’S DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

In the digital age, the widespread application of science and technology, particularly artificial intelligence in production and business, has driven significant growth in both the economy and enterprises. However, this also brings employment challenges for workers, as a large number of manual jobs are gradually being replaced by machines and automated technologies. This reality requires solutions to ensure the employment rights of female workers. This article analyzes the status of Vietnamese labor law and the practice of ensuring the right to work of female workers. Then, it gives implications to improve the rights of female workers in the digital economy in Vietnam
