Đặt vấn đề: Viêm màng não mủ sau phẫu thuật thần kinh (VMNM – PTTK) là biến chứng nghiêm trọng, thường gặp ở bệnh nhân có đặt các thiết bị can thiệp nội sọ hoặc dẫn lưu não thất. Trong những năm gần đây, những nghiên cứu trên thế giới về vấn đề vi khuẩn gây bệnh cũng như những khó khăn trong điều trị, tiên lượng và kết quả điều trị đang được lưu tâm chú ý hơn. Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng, căn nguyên và tình trạng kháng kháng sinh ở bệnh nhi viêm màng não có dẫn lưu não thất tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 1 năm 2020 đến tháng 9 năm 2025. Đối tượng nghiên cứu là bệnh nhi từ 1 tháng tuổi tới dưới 15 tuổi, có chẩn đoán viêm màng não sau phẫu thuật dẫn lưu não thất ổ bụng. Kết quả: Trong thời gian nghiên cứu có 46 bệnh nhân, trong đó Streptococcus pneumoniae (32,61%), Staphylococcus aureus (15,22%) và Escherichia coli (15,22%) là các tác nhân phổ biến, tỷ lệ đa kháng cao. Tỷ lệ tử vong chung là 6,5%. Kết luận: Vi khuẩn Gram dương đa kháng đang nổi lên là nguyên nhân chính của viêm màng não mủ sau phẫu thuật thần kinh, cũng là nhóm có tỷ lệ đa kháng rất cao, là yếu tố chính dẫn tới thất bại trong điều trị cũng như gia tăng tỷ lệ tử vong.##plugins.themes.default.displayStats.downloads##
