Human resource development policy of Vietnam aviation - Current situation and solutions

Abstract

    Over the years, Vietnam's aviation industry has been becoming an important economic industry of the country and a bridge to promote the country's globalization and internationalization. In order to make the aviation industry develop stably, human resources development activities, especially the development of specific labor are really neccesary; of these, solutions on human resource development policies are considered the key ones to develop the human resources of the industry in particular and the aviation industry of Vietnam in general.
