Abstract

    In Vietnam, coal is one of three important energy pillars, contributing significantly to the economy thanks to mining output and revenue from coal industry enterprises. The coal industry has a long tradition and plays an important role in national energy security, greatly affecting the socio-economy of the workforce throughout the country. However, the coal industry is facing a shortage of human resources and difficulties in recruitment. Workers work in a coal dust environment, with complex work and risks to health and labor safety. Digital transformation in labor relations at coal industry enterprises brings many benefits, improving labor safety, communication efficiency, union activities and enhancing the effectiveness of collective labor agreements. This article proposes solutions to improve the quality of labor relations through digital transformation, helping businesses exploit effectively, develop sustainably and maintain harmonious labor relations.
