Abstract

   Educating the Theoretical and Political Education for the staff and Communist Party members is one of the issues that Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to, because he believed that the political theoretical level should be improved to use and develop creatively Marxism-Leninism, sum up the revolutionary practices in Vietnam and internationally, carry out well the tasks assigned by the Communist Party and the State. Basing on the use of the viewpoints of President Ho Chi Minh on theoretical and political education for for the staff and Communist Party members, the article offers a number of solutions to improve the quality of theoretical and political education the staff and Communist Party members in current conditions.
