Improving the quality of trade union staff in the new period

Abstract

    Improving the quality of the trade union staff is one of the important tasks of the Communist Party's staff work nowadays, aiming to maintain the social orientation and meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period. This is a objectively necessary and urgent requirement set for the Vietnam trade union organization. Basing on the situation of current trade union officials, the article strongly recommends some solutions to improve the quality of trade union staff in the new period.
