Fators affecting job satisfaction of office workers in entrepreneurs in Hanoi

Abstract

   The objective of the study is investigating and valuing the current job sastifaction status of office workers inentrepreneurs in Hanoi as well as indentifying factors affecting this sastifaction. The research aims at providing business managersa closer look at these factors in order that they are able to have appropriate orientation and polices to keep qualified employeesworking with them for a long time.
