Abstract

    Promoting the will to self-reliance, self-strengthening and aspiration to develop a powerful country is an important content in Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and is also the topic of the whole term of the 13th Party Congress study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The article aims to generalize the content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on self-reliance, self-strengthening and aspiration to develop a powerful country; at the same time, explain the theoretical basis and practice of applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the current period; from there, put forward some basic solutions to arouse the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country; strives that by 2045, Vietnam will become a developed and high-income country.
