Abstract

The effective use and promotion of all resources for national development is a common trend for all countries. For Vietnam, female human resources occupy an important position. The article focuses on analyzing the role of female human resources, generalizing the current situation of promoting the role of female human resources, and proposing some solutions to promote the role of female human resources in socio-economic development in the current period.
