Vietnam culture outline - basis of Vietnam’s new culture

Abstract

     Building a new culture is an objective requirement in the process of implementing the national liberation revolution. The birth of the Vietnamese Cultural Outline is the starting point for the construction and development of a new culture of the nation. In this article, we focus on explaining and clarifying its role in the process of building a new socialist culture and people in Vietnam.
