Improve skills for trade union officers in participating in dialogue at enterprises
Abstract
Trade unions are large socio-political organizations of the working class and workers, representing officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and other workers. As a member of the political system of Vietnamese society, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the union has always performed all its roles and functions well. However, the laws of economic movement and the integration process have required innovation in the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union to promote its representative role. Identifying factors affecting the representative role of trade unions and proposing some solutions to improve the representative role of trade unions will contribute to the right direction for current innovation requirements.
