      "Administrativelizing" in political social organization is a disease that occurs when the State exercises the exclusiveright in governance of all activities in society, through an administrative system covering every individual and organization in thesociety.In addition to the State administrative reform, it is necessary to overcome "Administrativelizing" in political social organizationsin general and trade unions in particular, in order to improve their efficiency. However, to overcome the administrative situationin trade union activities, it is needed to identify manifestations of "Administrativelizing" in its operation.
