Abstract

Social policy is an essential element of the modern economy. It aims to ensure welfare and social development. Social policy is not only a system of measures and methods but also a system of relationships and interaction between social groups and social classes with the main objective of human, welfare, social protection and development to ensure life and social security. The State of Russian Federation has promulgated the Constitution, the Federal Law and other laws ensuring social policy well and effectively.
