Solutions to expand voluntary social insurance beneficiaries in Vietnam

Abstract

    Implementing the voluntary social insurance policy is a really appropriate policy of our Communist Party and State, reflecting the good nature of the socialist system, meeting the expectation of many workers over the years. However, after 9 years of implementation of voluntary social insurance policy in our country, the result is very low, the proportion of participants is about 0.53% compared to the number of workers who have to participate. So what are the solutions to expand voluntary social insurance beneficiaries?
