Elements of enterprise culture in the context of industrialization and modernization

Abstract

    In recent years, the theoretical and practical research on enterprise culture in our country has been noticed by many scholars. However, it only mentions culture in business or exploits some aspects of enterprise culture, such as: business spirit, business ethic, business philosophy. This article does not aspire to address all the basic contents of enterprise culture but only analyzes the elements that affect the formation and development of enterprise culture in the context of industrialization and modernization of the country.
