Applying the theory of role to learning the activities of trade union officials at grassroots level
Abstract
This writing based on the sociology survey results in Kyung Viet sewing factory Limited Liability Company, Pho Noi Industrialzone, Hung Yen Province. These information was collected through interview and referendum.The writing showed that the factors affect the activity of trade union by using the role theory. Specially is helping the employeewith their contracts.According to the results, there are many factors affecting the labor contracts : the generous employer, the good relationshipbetween employer and trade union, trade union staff's knowledge of Law ,the training of trade union staff, the function of tradeunion staff, the labor and employment Law, funding independence. The knowledge of trade union staff is the most effective factors
