Vietnam labour rights region: the right of workers

Abstract

    Ensuring workers' rights has always been a major policy and policy of the Party and State of Vietnam, recognized in many legal documents and increasingly perfecting and supplementing regulations on workers' rights. In recent years, Vietnam has recognized more specific benefits for employees, demonstrating the level of commitment and efforts to implement the international labor conventions.
