ASSESSING THE COMPLIANCE OF SURVEYING SAFETY IN SAFETY TESTS IN THAI NGUYEN CENTRAL HOSPITAL HEALTH CENTER

Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate the compliance of the surgical checklist at Thai Nguyen Central General Hospital. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional design of 1010 procedures to ensure surgical safety of 1010 surgeries. Interview with the patient, surgeon, anesthesiologist, anesthesia technician. Observe the entire surgical safety checklist issued in the hospital. Results: 20% of patients were not marked and prepared for surgery. Preoperative anesthesia and anesthesia> 98.5%. Before anesthesia, the patient is thoroughly exploited in the history of the disease, allergy related risk is 100%. Members of the surgical team have not yet completed the introduction of their names and tasks before the surgery is 4%. Patient information is confirmed to be 98%. Antibiotic prophylaxis before surgery is 79%. Before surgery, the surgeon predicts abnormalities of 96.6%. 49 unpredictable cases, 37 unpredictable cases of blood loss. 96.63% of the surgery was noted by the anesthetist before slitting. Conclusion: Health workers should follow proper procedures to avoid medical problems for patients.
