CARE NEEDS OF PATIENT ’S AFTER SHINBONE SURGERY ATNAM DINH GENERAL HOSPITAL IN IN 2021

Abstract

Objectives: Determine the patient’s care demand and find out some factors related to medical care needs after shinbone surgery at Nam Dinh General Hospital, 2021. Subjects and research method: Research subjects include 59 patients after shinbone surgery at Nam Dinh General Hospital, 2021.Results: Patients‘s medical care demand accounted for 77,9% and social care was 76,3%, spiritual need was 37,2% and physical care was 40,6%.Conclusion: After surgery, patients have two mainly care demand: medical care and social care (77,9% and 76,3%). Age group, religion and insurance coverage are related to health care needs and education level.
