Satisfaction of inpatient at Tan Ky district Medical Center, Nghe An province, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the satisfaction level of inpatients at Tan Ky District Medical Center in 2023. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 107 inpatients using the inpatient satisfaction survey questionnaire as outlined in Decision No. 3869/2019/QĐ-BYT by the Ministry of Health. The study took place at Tan Ky District Medical Center from January to September 2023. Results: The overall satisfaction rate was 92.1%. The highest satisfaction was observed in service delivery outcomes, reaching 99.6%, while the lowest satisfaction rate was related to infrastructure and facilities, at only 81.7%. Conclusion: The satisfaction level of inpatients was generally relatively high
