FACTORS AFFECTING THE JOB ORIENTATION AFTER GRADUATION OF THE THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS OF NAM DINH UNIVERSITY OF NURSING YEAR 2021-2022

Abstract

Objective: Identify some main factors affecting the job orientation after graduation of the third-year students of Nam Dinh University of nursing year 2021-2022. Subject andMethod: A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out with a sample size of 352 third-year students of Nam Dinh University of Nursing who met the interview criteria with a pre-prepared questionnaire. Results: The findings indicated 4 basic factors affecting students’ job intentions after graduation are: school factor, friend factor, family factor and personal factor. Conclusion: The factors affecting students’ job intentions are at different degree, of which the most influential are school factor and family factor
