THE ASSESSMENT OF GROWTH, PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY OF THREE TYPES OF JASMINUM SUBTRIPLINERVE BLUME
Abstract
Jasminum subtriplinerve Blume, Oleaceae, in Vietnamese called Che vang, Che cuoc nam, Vang. Currently, there are 3 types of J.subtriplinerve Blume, which are big leaves, small leaves and purple stem. The leaf size (length, width) at the monitoring times of big-leaf phenotype is larger than that of small-leaf and purple-stem phenotype. The actual yield of medicinal herbs of the big-leaf J.subtriplinerve Blume is 2.82 tons/ha, higher than that of small-leaf (reaching 1.91 tons/ha) and purple-stem (1.94 tons/ha). Active ingredient content of small-leaf type reached 4.69%; big-leaf type reached 4.34% and purple-stem type reached 4.3%. The highest yield of active ingredients was obtained from big-leaf type is 121.52 kg/ha - while that was the lowest in the purple-stem with 83.42 kg/ ha.
