HO CHI MINH‘S IDEOLOGY IN THE PREVENTION AND COMBATION OF CORRUPTION AND ITS MEANING IN THE STRUGGLE AGAINST CORRUPTION IN VIETNAM NOWADAYS

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh's thought on anti-corruption is one of the important contents in his theoretical point of view system. Right from the time Ho Chi Minh took over the government, he mentioned anti-corruption and this thought was expressed throughout the leadership of the Vietnamese revolution. In order to effectively fight against corruption, Ho Chi Minh clearly pointed out the causes, form, manifestations, and harms of corruption as well as its role, force and measures. Currently, in our country, when the anti-corruption fight is taking place vigorously and drastically, the more profound his theoretical views on anti-corruption are in terms of both theoretical and practical meanings.
