Abstract

The research aims at applying the Balanced Scored Card- BSC for Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation (NTU) based on four main perspectives: Financial, Customers, Internal Process, Learning and Growth, with their ratios and components. Qualitative research through expert interviews and Delphi method, together with quantitative research by surveying and analyzing customer satisfaction, together with statistical analysis method to explore secondary data were conducted. The authors used business results in 2019 to evaluate the progress of implying NTU strategy following BSC method, then identifying the main factors and measuring the affects of each factor on the implying NTU strategy. The research provides the useful information for NTU to build up specific and appropriate solutions to enhance strategic management activities.
