Evaluating of linkage quality among companies and dairy farmers in Don Duong District, Lam Dong Province

Abstract

Businesses are the bridge to bringing agricultural products to the market. When participating in the linkage with businesses in producing dairy, farmers will easily get with the market through to support the information of businesses. Therefore, the research evaluated the quality of the linkage quality between businesses and dairy farmers in Don Duong District, Lam Dong Province. The research used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software from the data source of 300 dairy farmers. Research results showed that many factors such as commitment (0.348^***), information sharing (0.258^***), collaborative - coordination (0.200^**), trust (0.147^**), and satisfaction (0.126^***) affect to the linking quality and variation of linking quality are 38.4 percent which is explained by these factors. Alternatively, the variation in satisfaction (43.6%) is explained by information sharing, commitment, collaborative – coordination, and trust.
