Abstract
This inquiry aims to cast light on the interplay between perceived organizational support, perceived co-worker support, job satisfaction, and eco-helping behavior. Data from a sample of 211 office workers in Ho Chi Minh City showed that perceived organizational support and perceived co-worker support have positive effects on eco-helping behavior. Additionally, job satisfaction mediated the effect of perceived organisational support, and perceived co-worker support on eco-helping behavior. Enlightened by the research findings, theoretical and practical implications are presented.
