Abstract

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This study explores the effect of blended learning on university students’ mental health to contribute valuable insights to the education field. This paper applies quantitative methods based on data collected from 478 Ho Chi Minh City students; this study clarifies the link between blended learning and students’ mental health. The results not only provide practical evidence but also offer actionable recommendations for educational policy development, from enhancing students’ autonomy and social connectedness to developing psychological support programs in blended learning environments. These findings may contribute to shaping higher education development strategies in the context of digital transformation, ensuring a balance between educational innovation and the preservation of students’ mental well-being</span></p>
