Innovation leadership style and employee’s affective commitment in government agencies in Ho Chi Minh City
Abstract
This study examines the relationship among transformational leadership, transactional leadership, job satisfaction, and government officers’ affective commitment in government agencies in Ho Chi Minh City. The research applied a quantitative research method. The survey was conducted through an online and offline questionnaire to 329 correspondents who are government officers. Cronbach’s Alpha reliability analysis, Exploring Factor Analyzing (EFA), and SEM was applied under supported by SPSS 20.0. The research results show that transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style have impacted on job satisfaction and government officer’s affective commitment. Besides, job satisfaction has been confirmed to influence on government officer’s affective commitment.
