Abstract

Purpose: The study evaluates the impact of Competitiveness in production technology on Business Performance through the intermediaries of Innovation and Competitive Advantage.
Design/methodology/approach: Survey data of 500 samples from 260 cashew enterprises in Vietnam, through Cronbach's Alpha reliability analysis to assess the reliability of the scale, exploratory factor analysis EFA, confirmatory factor analysis CFA using SPSS software, SEM linear structural model to test the theoretical model using Amos software.
Findings: The study shows that there is a direct and indirect positive impact from Manufacturing Technology Competitivenesss on Business Performance.
Originality/value: The research results help Vietnamese cashew enterprises have more fundamental foundation to consolidate and promote technological competitiveness, help improve business efficiency, the article also helps policy makers have a deeper insight into cashew enterprises, thereby easily giving appropriate development and support directions for the industry, this is also a contribution to the theoretical foundation.
