Abstract
This study focuses on assessing the factors affecting the engagement of flight attendants with Vietnam's national airline. The study uses multivariate regression to determine the factors affecting the loyalty of flight attendants at Vietnam Airlines. The research results show that the element of opportunity for advancement at work has the most significant influence on the engagement of flight attendants with Vietnam Airlines, followed by the cultural factor in the business. In contrast, income is optional in helping employees stick with Vietnam Airlines.
