Abstract

Employing scientific research methodologies in the field of sports, the article has assembled 22 tests to evaluate endurance in football from twelve groups of specialists. Through interviews, the authors opted for five professional endurance tests for male students majoring in Physical Education, Quy Nhon University. Based on sports physiology theory, comparisons were made with the five selected tests to determine their applicability while also evaluating the tests’ reliability using statistical mathematical methods. The result indicated that the five tests chosen were adequate and scientifically valid for the assessment of football endurance for male students majoring in Physical Education at Quy Nhon University.
