Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi chấp nhận rủi ro tài chính của sinh viên tại Bình Định
Abstract
Financial risk-taking behavior among college students is on the rise and needs to be stopped. Previous studies have illustrated the situation regarding specific financial behaviors. The purpose of this article is to explore the psychological and social factors contributing to financial risk-taking intentions and behaviors among college students. Data are collected from an electronic survey of 529 students at universities and colleges in Binh Dinh. The results of PLS-SEM indicate that the more knowledge university students have about financial risk, the more likely they are to avoid financial risk-taking behaviors. Students with positive attitude about financial risk and external locus of control will tend to accept financial risks. In addition, the locus of control also plays a role in regulating the relationship between factors in the research model. The study also indicates a difference in the level of impact of the factors between groups of students divided by living area.
