Phân tích chuỗi giá trị cây quế tại huyện An Lão, tỉnh Bình Định
Abstract
Cinnamon is a perennial plant suitable for soil and climate conditions in An Toan commune, An Lao district, Binh Dinh province. This is a plant that brings high economic value to farmers and other actors of the product value chain. Results of analysis of the cinnamon value chain in An Toan show that, with an average cinnamon growing area of 2 hectares/household, households (80% are ethnic minorities) have an average income of 90.03 million from cinnamon, contributing to significantly improving the income and living standards of people in An Toan communes. From the survey and analysis results, the authors also discussed a number of solutions to develop and improve the efficiency of the cinnamon value chain in An Lao, which requires strong efforts and determination of all entities in the value chain, along with relevant organizations from local governments to all levels of departments for coordination in implementation.
