Abstract

The activity of the first instance trial of administrative cases in Vietnam currently exists many limitations, thus leading to an increase in the number of court’s firstinstance judgment canceled and corrected by the People’s Supreme Court, and Superior People’s Courts. Within the scope of the article, the author mentions the problems of administrative procedure law about jurisdiction of the firstinstance trial panel for administrative cases through analysis of the provisions of the administrative procedure law and current practice administrative land adjudication. The article then proposes solutions to improve the legal regulations of administrative procedures on these issues, and the efficiency of the Court's administrative adjudication activities, especially in the field of land.
